If you need a new refresh of your Tuli bag, you can use our service. We can fill your bag, warm it up, wash it, fix beauty flaws, or take it away and bring it back.

Clarifications
- We refill the spare filling in 75 l doses, according to the need for refilling, for example as 2 x 75 l.
- We consider a 75 l dose as a full dose, even if it is not completely consumed.
- The price for the Original replacement refill is only valid together with the Tuli bag refill service.
- Without the Tuli bag refill service, the regular price (EUR 34.90) applies for the Original replacement refill.
- We will be happy to provide you with a refill service for refilling with your warranty spare refill.
- We will usually provide you with service within 10 working days, if you need it, we will speed it up.
- We calculate the kilometers traveled from Ivanka pri Dunaj as the sum of the journey there + back.
- For multi-piece service operations (more than 5 pieces), we will provide you with a quantity discount.
- We will price you individually for other service operations.
- As part of the service, we do not clean bags soiled by animals or other hygienically soiled bags.
